The Pyramid Patient Portal provides a streamlined platform for managing assessment appointments, serving as an essential initial step in the treatment process at High Focus Centers.

With over 25 years of experience, High Focus Centers specializes in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare through comprehensive and evidence-based methods. Our approach caters to individuals dealing with disruptive thoughts and behaviors, offering flexible outpatient programming that balances intensive treatment with their daily responsibilities, including work and education.

The initial phase of seeking treatment involves completing a Level of Care Assessment (LOCA). During this session, a team of experienced clinicians collaborates with the individual to determine the appropriate level of care necessary to meet their treatment objectives.

LOCAs typically last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of the case and the recommended program. A clinician from High Focus Centers will also explain insurance coverage details and review any out-of-pocket costs during this assessment.

Should the assessment recommend outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), or partial hospitalization (PHP) services, admission can often be arranged within 24 to 48 hours, or potentially on the same day, contingent upon available scheduling.

If the assessment indicates a need for a higher level of care not provided by High Focus Centers, referrals to trusted partner organizations will be offered. Any external treatment recommendations are based on an individual's specific needs and best interests.

Regardless of whether an individual chooses to pursue treatment with High Focus Centers after the assessment, we remain available as a resource for ongoing questions, support, and guidance.
